I understand that the present state of the economy is pretty nerve racking. I also realize that the present government is doing everything it can to make this a turning point towards socialism. This is a very important time in our country's life. However, I have a question in regards to a ercent event.
John Solecki, a top U.N. refugee official in the southwestern Pakistani city of Quetta, was snatched from his car early Monday while en route to his office at the U.N. high commissioner for refugees, U.N. officials said.
Attackers shot the driver, Syed Hashim, who died before rescuers could get him to a nearby hospital.
I realize that this man worked for a worthless agency in a corrupt organization. despite this, AN AMERICAN HAS BEEN TAKEN HOSTAGE! What is being done? How is this not news? What is the FBI/CIA or Boy scouts doing about this? An American was taken against his will, after the killing of another human being and I haven't heard a peep on TV since he was kidnapped? A year ago, another American was murdered. What was done about that? Have we become so metrosexualized that we don't bother ourselves with this kind of occurrence? Are we leaving this up to the UN?
Somebody get me an answer.
