Reading the article infuriated me. These pathetic excuses for human beings are going to sign a letter requesting a withdrawl of troops from Iraq. Reading what one of the so-called soldiers stated made me realize how the MSM has affected the brains of some of these people. The excuses he uses for wanting out come straight out of the Mainstream Media headlines, "Bush lied about WMD, Bush lied about Al-Quaeda ties, Bush lied about Iraq being a threat, the war is illegal". One knucklehead couldn't get into the human rights field so she joined the Army to have health insurance. This one ought to make Charles Rangel happy. So let me get this straight, you want to be in the human rights field but you don't want to actually fight to help people attain their rights? MORON!
Every single one of these people should receive a DISHONORABLE discharge at the very least. In truth, they should be brought up on charges and sent to Leavenworth for 25 years. Then when they have served their time they should have their citizenship revoked and sent to the country of our choice. Preferably one of those country's that will be living under sharia law if we lose this war. In fact, keep them out of our prisons. The American taxpayer should not pay one more dime to their welfare. Revoke their citizenship now and leave them where they are.
They are a disgrace to the uniform and an embarrassment to the free people that live under the Stars and Stripes. As a soldier they live off of the taxes of the American taxpayer. Many of these taxpayers have served and fought in defense of this nation. Many have been sent into battles that there was no clearcut answer to end it. Many were sent on missions that they weren't expected to survive. Many were sent on missions that made no sense. THEY PERFORMED THEIR MISSIONS TO THEIR BEST ABILITY ANYWAY! They kept their mouths shut and pressed forward. As President Bush stated, "You are either with us, or you're with the terrorists." We now know where you stand.
Make sure you get John Kerry to come back here and defend you. Make sure that he steps out front as your mouthpiece. Make HIM proud of you for "standing up for your convictions." He'll be one of the few that will look upon you with any respect. To everyone of those soldiers that came back from Vietnam and were spit on and called baby killers, I SPIT ON YOU! You are not nor have you ever been Soldiers or Americans. You are Cowards, Traitors, Treacherous, Seditious, Pathetic, Spoiled Brats, who are afraid of the big bad world. If you had real courage you would desert. Save America the embarrassment of having to try its own for cowardice and sedition. It's no wonder the Iraqi people are afraid we'll leave. With examples like you I would be afraid too.
There are not enough negative adjectives in the world to define these individuals. I will have to settle for Disgustingly Pathetic.
